Escher Wept: Mouse position rotates view. Hold button down to pause the twirl

I remember as a kid, seeing some of the construction diagrams and gridwork sketches behind some of the works by M.C.Escher and wondering what someone with his patience and genius would do with an FPU. I think if Mr Escher were frozen like Walt Disney, and he was woken today to see that someone like me made something like this in under an hour, he would weep.
