Disclaimer: This app is barely tested, it worked a few times for me once. I didnt see any, but I expect there to be errors at extreme highs and lows. I think the source images may need to be divisible by 4 pixels horizontally, so if it's crashing or behaving badly that's probably why. Usage: Drag and drop a bmp or tga file onto the exe.
